Integrated Planning Track

  • The team presents its findings to your leaders--presenting symptoms, root causes of the conflict, & recommended action
  • Includes leadership training in healthy conflict resolution
  • Includes a written report summarizing findings and recommendations
  • Includes coaching for your staff and Church Health Team (formed to facilitate healing)

Natural Church Development
For churches seeking coaching for their NCD process.

  • Natural Church Development (NCD) is the world's most widely used tool for assessing church health.
  • Certified NCD coaches
  • Various levels of coaching available from phone coaching only to a single site visit to a long-term coaching relationship.
  • Churches that employ an outside coach for their NCD progress enjoy 50% more effectiveness than those who do not.


Pastoral Transition
